Scarlett’s main muse has always been her Parsons Russell Terrier, Bo, who is now fourteen years old and spends most of her days lounging around on the sofa, making it easier for her to be painted. Scarlett is the granddaughter of Celia Birtwell and has recently started incorporating the Birtwell designs into her work, adding depth and a second focus point.
